Critical Notice: Data Limitations
NudgePanda does not record continuous GPS movement paths and strictly deletes all coordinates, location pings, and SOS events within 15 days. Consequently, NudgePanda is architecturally incapable of supplying historical family tracking logs, movement histories, or user locations beyond the 15-day sunset window. We cannot disclose data that no longer exists on our systems.
1. Requirements for Legal Requests
We respond strictly to valid, written, and verified requests from law enforcement officers with appropriate jurisdiction. We require:
- A valid, legally binding court order, subpoena, or search warrant issued under proper authority.
- A precise definition of the specific user account (e.g., registered phone number or email address).
- Specific details of the narrow window of query requested (subject to our maximum 15-day storage).
2. Data Storage Limits & Non-Existence
Because NudgePanda is engineered for data minimization:
No Historical Breadcrumbs
We don't track steps or routes. Once a notification is delivered and 15 days pass, the entry is deleted completely and backups purge within the next rotation cycle.
No Real-time Interception
We do not have backend developer keys to force-ping a phone or open a live tracking tunnel. Real-time updates require valid client-side cryptographic keys only available on Crew devices.
